Board of Directors

The seven directors of the Millington Industrial Development Board are appointed by the Mayor of Millington. They are approved by the Millington Board of Aldermen. They serve staggered terms. The Board has regularly scheduled meetings the second Friday of each month at their home offices at 7965 Veterans Parkway, Suite 101 at 8:00 AM. From time to time these meetings are rescheduled to other days and times. The Board also has special meetings depending on ongoing Board projects and activities. The Tennessee Sunshine Law applies to the Millington Industrial Development Board. All meetings are advertised via The Daily News and The Millington Star newspapers and are also posted on the website on the "Meetings" page. The meetings are open to the public.
