Commercial Buildings

No large, vacant industrial buildings are available in Millington. Significant greenfield space is available for new building construction. The MIDB building at 7965 Veterans Parkway (shown above) has a number of federal contractors as tenants. Other quality tenants such as the Millington Area Chamber of Commerce and various small businesses also lease space. Currently there are joint suites totaling 5500 square feet plus various smaller spaces available for lease. The adjacent roadway, Veterans Parkway is a multi lane highway providing direct access to US Highway 51 and to Tennessee 385 (I-269). Our tenants include:
